On 15 March 2021, the Portuguese Association of Insurers (APS), which has been collaborating with the House Refuge project, launched the e-tool “SCRIM – Property reconstruction costs simulator”. This tool is freely available in the Tools & Simulators area of the APS website.
We consider this tool of great interest for the House Refuge project since it facilitates the cost/benefit analysis associated with the implementation of measures proposed.
