The House-Refuge project will host a webinar on June 16th, 2013, titled “The Insurance Sector and the Protection of Dwelling Houses against Wildfires”.
This webinar will bring together a group of experts on insurance from different countries. The insurance sector’s importance in the fire risk management at the wildland-urban interface (property scale) will be discussed.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain insights into various insurance coverage policies from around the world and understand the significance and potential of the insurance sector in developing better policies to protect buildings and communities from wildfires.
